Having an on-the-go chat with mobile phones are really great to keep in touch with family, friends, and people. But how about for your complexion? Maybe not that good.

Acne and cellphone

Mobile phones can be exposed to dirt and many surfaces that have bacteria all throughout the day. You are putting the bacteria close to your mouth when you talk to a mobile phone, and the moisture and warmth create a good environment for the bacteria to thrive and to cause acne/pimples.

Also, if you are constantly on your mobile phone, rubbing it on against your face may lead to acne mechanica, or pimples that are caused by friction.

What to do? Besides giving your phone a rest every once in a while, clean it with an alcohol wipe or hand sanitizer daily.
